This is an open apology to all free and paid subscribers to the Practical Product Ops newsletter, for the lack of new content these last few weeks.
For those who follow me on LinkedIn, you probably have noticed several posts about my current struggles with securing a new FT role, my challenges with aspects of the interview process and the mental & physical impact on me. This is something that more recently has consumed a lot of my free time, and I have not gotten around to completing several new articles on the go for you.
You are here for the content, and I am grateful you want to hear what I have to say and I have every intention of continuing to provide the leading thoughts of the Product Operations craft and community here - more is on the way shortly I promise!
I am but one chap navigating all this in one of (if not the) worst times in tech since the dot.com crash in the early 2000s, and in our little slice of the pie of technology - Product is under enormous pressure to justify itself, let alone this new-fangled thing called Product Ops.
And so, to set expectations for you here for the long haul, my contributions will undoubtedly be like the Blackpool rollercoaster with lots of ups and downs - lots of contents and periods of reflection. I hope that you newer subscribers find plenty to satisfy your Product Ops appetites with the complete archive of posts.
🙏🏻
