The Practical Product Ops Jobseekers Database
Let us know what you are looking for so we can recommend you to roles
The PPO Jobseekers Database is used by me (Graham Reed) to reliably recommend selected Product Operations professionals to suitable roles, particularly when hiring managers or recruiters ask him for recommendations - which has steadily been increasing for roles in the UK, US and Europe. This allows me to recall who you are, where you are based and what you are looking for, quickly.
This is a free service to jobseekers, at no time will it cost you to be part of this initiative (I may receive referral payments for the successful placement of applicants if offered, but that is not the point of doing this).
How does this work?
The overall point of this is to make connections between hiring managers looking specifically for Product Operations professionals, and those professionals looking for their first or next role.
There are similar initiatives out there, and you should use them all! This is different in that your details are not available, this is specifically for me to use when I am speaking to interested parties - it is not a publically available database.
In addition, I make a point of being trusted with my recommendations - and I will only recommend professionals I know, either have worked with, collaborated with at events, communities, podcasts, articles or other connections. I will not recommend anyone unless I can legitimately recommend them.
To that end, inclusion in this database is restricted - contact me on LinkedIn to gain access.
Note: At this time, you cannot review your information or update it - if you want to see the data you submitted/change it/remove it, get in touch with me.
Safeguards
The information you supply is strictly confidential between you and me (or in the future, selected trusted individuals working at Practical Product Ops). The information will not be made public, not be shared with anyone for any reason - with the exception of contact details where consented, and even your presence within the database will not be revealed - particularly to any current employer.
Contact details only will only be shared, with your consent, with hiring managers/recruiters on an individual basis, when a match between role, location, etc and yourself has been assessed by me. You can remove your consent and/or yourself from the database at any time for any reason - contact me on LinkedIn.
Inclusion in this database in no way guarantees any job or any recommendation made. I reserve the right to remove any record from this database at any time without notice. Roles will not be posted anywhere, this is purely to allow me to recommend you to suitable roles as they appear to him. I may use your email address to contact you for other professional reasons in the future.
